the feasibility of the plant, settlement with
the client regarding the shape of the final
product to market, choice of processing techniques,
economical evaluation of the investment and
possible financial facilitations.

Drawing up of specifications for the production
lines, description of functioning operations
and technical specifications of the machines,
diagram and explanation of applied automation,
notes regarding operation and management of
the plant, preliminary lay-out.

|
Consideration of civil engineering principles
for establishing the dimensions of the building
and relevant subdivisions of the production
departments, as well as the dislocation of
technological services, production lay-out
showing machines and plants, work program,
acknowledgement and approval of documents
on behalf of the client and other people in
charge.

|
Procurement
of raw materials, construction of the machines
and in-line components, quality controls of
the phases in compliance with the ISO certification,
preassembling of lines with-in Movinox's work-shop
including starting and testing without product,
drafting of the control record by the person
in charge of quality standards.

|
Marking
of preassembled components and disassembling,
washing and finishing of external parts of
the frame, packaging, transportation with
its own vehicles and/or through forwarding
agents.

Assembling
at the Client's factory, work service and
interface with other suppliers.
|
|
|
Checking,
starting and testing of Movinox's stand-alone
machines and plants, record drafting after
positive testing, training of the staff in
charge of the plant's operation, assistance
on behalf of Movinox's technician during the
first use of machines.

|
Technical
servicing following starting-stage, if required.
|
|
|
After-sale
servicing during and after the warranty period.
